Payment and dispatch

The following terms and conditions apply:

The products are delivered all over the world.

Shipping to German and foreign islands is excluded.

Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):
We do not charge any shipping costs.

Deliveries to foreign countries:
Shipping within Europe costs €3.99
Shipping outside Europe costs €19.99

For deliveries to countries outside the EU, additional fees for delivery or collection of the shipment may arise after the package has been handed over to customs or the local postal service. These charges must be covered by the recipient.

Delivery periods

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, delivery within Germany takes place within 2–4 business days, within Europe within 3–8 business days, and for international deliveries within 7–15 business days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).

Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays. If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.
